FCC Lewisville recently had the honor of helping to welcome home a group of US troops at DFW Airport. Every day, more than 100 troops pass through DFW on their way home for two weeks of R&R (rest & relaxation). This is their first time on American soil after returning from duty in Iraq, Afghanistan, Germany, and other US military bases around the world. The outpouring of love and support from the folks greeting these American heros is truly heartwarming, and our members were thrilled to be a part of this special event. There is no way to adequately express our appreciation to these brave men and women; we can only hope that we brightened their day for a moment as they returned home to their friends and loved ones.
